| Our Property Development Division acquires commercial sites from the Community Development Division and creates additional value by developing the sites into revenue producing properties. Once construction is completed these assets are transferred to the Investment Property Division to hold and manage them. The Property Development Division’s mandate is to utilize Melcor’s experience and its tradition of real estate excellence to develop high quality retail, office and industrial revenue producing properties that deliver stable returns that meet or exceed the expectations of management and shareholders. |
